Refund Policy
We do not accept returns for products that comply with the order. Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards, returns for
personal convenience are not allowed.
However, if a product is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at info@dadadesir.ch.
After receiving your request and supporting evidence (e.g., photos), we will review your claim and determine whether the product qualifies for a replacement or repair.
Return shipping costs for damaged or defective products remain the responsibility of the customer until the product is confirmed to be covered under warranty (see section 9 of the General Terms and Conditions).
If the product is covered, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
Please note that we do not accept returns or claims for:
- Customized or made-to-order items.
- Gift cards.
Warranty and Defective Items
All our products are covered by a legal warranty of 12 months from the invoice date (unless otherwise specified for customers in the European Union, where a 2-year legal warranty applies). This warranty covers manufacturing defects or hidden faults.
To make a warranty claim:
- Contact us at info@dadadesir.ch within 20 days of receiving your order.
- Send defective products to the following address at your expense:
- Dadadésir C/O Dada Design, Rue de Boujean 39, CH-2502 Biel/Bienne, Switzerland.
If your claim is justified, we will cover the costs of replacement or repair. If a replacement is not possible (e.g., out of stock), we will refund the purchase price.
